Networks drive are not unmapping
I'm using windows 8.1 x64 and NSM service is active, also i'm using netsetman 3.7.3.
The problem is simple the network drives are not unmap (or clear) i'm not sure if that is the expresion. The log show no error and when the part to disconnect the network drive it says:
network drive: start
waitting ...
network drive: end
and continues with the other settings.
I'm not sure i configure the setting rigth, what i do it to check the network drive, and leave them empty, is this correct?

Re: Networks drive are not unmapping
The output indicates that no network drives were found that need to be disconnected.
This usually happens if the network drives to be mapped are the same that are always mapped or if simply no network drives are mapped at the moment. Considering that you have some network drives mapped and are activating an empty network drives list the result should be different. So there might be some constellation that is causing a malfunction like this. I've heard of a similar problem from another user but we weren't able to track down the source of the problem. If you're willing to take some time to provide some more information and test a debug version that might output some additional information that might help, we can try to solve that problem.
What kind of Windows user account are you using: Administrator or a limited user account?
To begin with, please:
- Take a screenshot of the mapped network drives (basically your Computer drives overview)
- Take a screenshot of the profile configuration that you're trying to activate (just to verify everything is as it should be)
- Open up the command line and run "net use". Copy the result into a text file.
- Repeat the "net use" command with a command line that you've started as an Administrator (click the Start button, type cmd, right-click it, choose "Run as Administrator"). Include that output in the text file as well (don't forget to mark both parts so it's obvious which one is which).
Send me the screenshots and the text file by email (www.netsetman.com/contact) - to protect your privacy don't post it here in the public forum.

Re: Networks drive are not unmapping
i'm sorry i didn't answer, i tried to fix the problem, but i think i broke something else, or maibe not. I delete the map unit, that i originali made with windows, so now when i change profiles the maps units are activate and deactivate as i beleve it should. But now the problem radicate when i restart my machine with the profile "A" (this is the one with the map drives) the drives doesn't appear and i need to activate the profile again. I have the option reconnect at start up.
Do you still need what you asked?

Re: Networks drive are not unmapping
There is one scenario where the drives won't be reconnected at start-up, even if configured correctly in the profile: Limited Windows user account with NSM Service activated. When using a limited (restricted) Windows user account NetSetMan receives the required privileges to manage network/system settings through its NSM Service. Due to a limitation in Windows (without any clear reason) a service isn't able to set the option for automatically reconnecting a network drive after a reboot. This limitation is very unfortunate but out of our influence.
