Enable/disable device

Great software !
Long time searched something to manage network connections on notebook.  But there are multiple devices (lan, wifi, bluetooth, etc.) and it's not good idea to enable there all at a time.  It will be great by activating profile enable the configured device and disable others.

Re: Enable/disable device

Hello

This feature is very useful to me too. I saw that the v2.5.2 includes a new feature (De-/Activate the selected network adapter)
which seems to be the solution. Unfortunately I can't set it to work... I've two NICs (OnBoard and Wi-Fi) and when activating a profile
binded to the Onboard NIC, the Wi-Fi NIC isn't set to Disable mode. Any idea ?

Re: Enable/disable device

In case somebody else has a similar question, here is the emailed answer:

You can activate or deactivate the network adapter, that is selected in this profile. The other adapters are not affected by that.
If for example your LAN-adapter is deactivated and you want to activate it in a profile then you need to check the adapter checkbox, choose "Activate" in the combobox and activate the profile.

Re: Enable/disable device

Thanks a lot for your soft
Activating a network adapter is great but deactivating the other one would be even better !

For exemple at home on ethernet it would be graet to stop the wifi adapter

Re: Enable/disable device

I would like to add my vote for a means to select which adapters are enabled and disabled from within NetsetMan PRO.

Thanks-Bill
