NoEffect when Activate

Hello:
    As I saw the software, I love this powerful tool. But when I run it, I met some problems -_-!!
    I set the IP, DNS, and NetDriver as a test, I checked the 3 options to be active. When I click "Activate", there's NOTHING happened on my laptop and shows "No Settings to change " in red, and below is empty for each line.

    Also, when I click "Get all current settings", nothing happens.
    Then I check my services with service.msc, DCOM, DHCP Client, DNS Client was all started. The problem still exist when I restart those services.
This is my services which were started on my laptop

    Following your instruction, I download the tool of "WinsockxpFix.exe", fix and restart my computer, nothing happens...
    So, what could I do at the moment?

A full screenshot of the program would help. I don't see if a network adapter is selected. According to the result I assume it's not. Could you please check this?
