Add NetSetMan Pro to winget

Winget is growing rapidly saving time on automating system preparation (installing software). Would be nice if you could add it to the repository of winget.

Every new distribution channel requires a great deal of additional organizational effort and creates new dependencies and therefore cannot be implemented in the short term. However, we will gladly take up the suggestion for the future.

Please note, this would only be possible for the Non-Commercial Freeware version, as the Pro version would require some kind of authentication, which isn't available with winget (at the moment).

We would also like to mention that there is already an unofficial distribution option via the “Chocolatey” package manager for the Non-Commercial Freeware version.
