Bug when joining domain.

Good afternoon.
I am a registered user of netsetman pro 4.7.2
Every day, the system asked me if I wanted to upgrade to version 5, I did, but the price was prohibitive for me. Turn off the option.
My co-worker bought him 5.1.1
I asked to test, when going to join the domain, it shows "invalid username or password". I asked him to write for this forum, as he does not have a domain account, and does not use it, I write in his place.
Any tips about this bug?

Are there any offers, promotions or discounts planned?
Even with the upgrade discount, the price is still high for ordinary Brazilians.
Windows 11 64 bits.

"invalid username or password"

There are multiple integrated methods to connect to a domain.
The most suitable is used and shown in the log: "PowerShell 2.0"
The result message comes from the powershell integrated in Windows.
So basically if it says that the username or password are incorrect, then that's most likely the case.
Either there is a typo in the username or password, or the provided user name does not exist or is not allowed to be used in the network.

Based on your log file, your co-worker is using "Administrator" as a user name. Is he really the administrator of the domain network and is tries to log in with the "Administrator" user? Usually even the network administrator wouldn't use the Administrator account as his main user account.

Even with the upgrade discount, the price is still high for ordinary Brazilians.

We understand that there are economic differences around the world. At the same time, we have no possibility to provide different prices for different countries as we have no possibility to verify if the provided country information is true.
Also we would like to point out that the main purpose of our software is to save time and therefore money. In the end it pays off by itself. In some countries within days, in others within weeks or months. But in the end it is still decently priced to be accessible around the world.
We prefer to keep a stable price without any promotions or additional discounts other than the upgrade discount for existing customers that you can access from your account.

Yes, the name account is "Administrator" and he is a administrator.
The 4.7.2 release use this same values (Login name and password).
Thanks about discount, I will wait next opportunity

The domain feature didn't change at all between version 4.7.2 and 5.1.1. If it worked before in this case, it should still work. Maybe he should try to create a new profile and set up the settings again to make sure there was no update problem of the encrypted user name or password.

In you log we noticed the following lines:

Domain: Start
Administrator@s erj.br

This doesn't look right. The domain seems to be incomplete. Please check or reconfigure the domain settings.
