5.0.3 Bricked - All Profiles cannot be activated

I set one profile to Reset the IP Address to DHCP but I cannot do that if that profile is already activated.
So I activated another Profile and interrupted the cycle.
After the cycle is interrupted, NetSetMan is bricked... I cannot active any profiles.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall but it still does work.

Windows 10 Pro 1803
NetSetMan Pro 5.0.3
NetSetMan Service is activated

Sorry, your description is unclear:
What was the problem activating a profile with DHCP?
If DHCP is already set and you are activating a profile with the same settings, then they are skipped, because they wouldn't make any difference. If you for some reason need to force DHCP to reinitialize, then you can set the Adapter Status to Restart, as rescribed in the activation log.
What do you mean by "interrupted the cycle"? What cycle?

It is unclear what is happening here.
When you uninstalled, did you remove your settings file as well? There is a confirmation dialog during the uninstall process. In other words: Did you start with blank profiles after the new installation or did you continue to use the previous profiles?

In case the problem is in the affected settings file (netsetman.xml in the program folder), please send it to as as an email attachment (see contact page) so we can analyze it to see if there is something wrong with it.

We have received the information from another user that the tool "Desktop Info" somehow interferes with the activation process and leads to the problem shown in your screenshot. We haven't analyzed the reasons for this, yet. But if you have that tool installed, try terminating it to see if it helps.

NetSetMan works again after I terminated "Desktop Info".
However, the "Desktop Info" is my company's software which I cannot remove it.

Could you help to fix this issue, please?
I am curious why NetSetMan 4 does not have this issue...

We have analyzed and fixed the problem in the meantime. In the next version it will work again even with the other application running.
