Thanks

Re: IPv6
What exactly is the problem with IPv6?
Generally this protocol is installed additionally in the settings of the network device. (I do have installed it, too.)
IP settings should be changed independently of this protocol.

Re: IPv6
I agree, IPv6 support would be very welcome.
There is no problem with IPv6.
but...
What you would want to do is:
Manually set address, gateway, dns... just as i IPv4.
Yes I know IPv6 does that automagically, but still....
you do sometimes want/need to set some parameters manually.
Which is timeconsuming with netsh, and not that practical.
IPv6 support several primary addresses, opposed to IPv4 wich supports one primary and several secondary addresses.
Ive been running IPv6 for some time now and support in NetSetMan would be very welcome.
Then I could, for instance; add the Hexago script to NetSetMan to be started when I need it.
or.
Sometimes I want to change the order to use DNS servers when running IPv4 directly on the interface and IPv6 over a tunnel.
Netsh can do all this but it´s a hazzle everytime.
Basically, what I´m trying to say is, NetSetMan should be able to handle the IPv6 addressformat. (to begin with)
Yours. /Hama
