how could I don't need to add trailing dot for my local host name
Dear support team, I would like to ask for your help on this question as attached: how could I don't need to add trailing dot when I input local host name of Windows command?

What I mean is that : how could I totally disable netbios and wins subsystem, and get windows only use DNS naming mechanism. Thank you!

After uploading images, you can choose which image to insert where. We have done this now for you.
We're afraid, we cannot really assist you with this problem as it is not a result of our program but a general question regarding the configuration of a network. You need to know how to solve it in Windows directly. NetSetMan just helps to automate a process that needs to be done frequently.
Having said that, we did a quick search and found this:
