Installation without internet connection

Hello, I am having issues with my wifi and nic managers.  I had the pro version installed and when Microsoft uninstalled it to do some troubleshooting, I lost all internet connectivity.  How can I reinstall my pro version so I will at least be able to get on the internet again?  When I load my license, it keeps saying no internet connection.  I need this to be able to get on the internet so how can I reinstall without internet?  Thanks.

By uninstalling NetSetMan Pro you do not lose your internet connectivity. It can only switch between preconfigured profiles. It doesn't prevent or support your internet connection by just being installed. There must be some kind of misunderstanding or different source for this problem.
Based on your name, we've checked your license and it seems you've already successfully installed and activated your copy after posting your question.
