DHCP problem
Using version 4.6.1.
Since version 4.6, when moving from a DHCP profile to another, the IP address does not change (it keeps the old one). The NetSetMan activation window says "OK (skip)" beside the IP item.

Re: DHCP problem
This is not a bug. Until version 4.6.1 we forced a reinitialization for every IP activation. Starting with version 4.6.1 we only apply the settings if they are different from the currently configured. This saves time in a lot of situations. If you leave a network (unplug the Ethernet cable or disconnect from a WiFi) and connect to a new one, Windows will recognize this and do its DHCP procedures.
If your Windows doesn't recognize the network change and you want to force the DHCP changes, then you can set the network adapter to restart. This will have the same result as in older versions.
We've described this in the changelog:

- Skipping activation of settings if they are currently already set
(To force re-initializing IP settings, set Adapter Status: Restart)
