About activation process
I guess activation process have some glitch or bug. When i activate profile 1 (have firewall deactivated) which is my browsing without doing any clicks it works fine with my additional firewall. When i activate my profile 2 (have firewall activated, i used this to block some application/programs to connect on the internet) which is my gaming, my clients will just automatically cancel it before the profile activation is finish so that they can bypass the firewall and they can do browse on that profile and it is still connected on profile 2 even if its cancelled and the firewall will be bypassed.
I have 2 isp and i separated it with browsing (isp 1) and gaming (isp 2)
Screenshot 1 (isp 1) : https://prnt.sc/fjy71t
Screenshot 2 (isp 2) : https://prnt.sc/fjy7bv
Please help me, i need to fix this badly. thank you and more power NSM!

Re: About activation process
It looks like some exception might be stopping the activation process. It should be shown in the logs. Please copy the activation log and paste it here so we can analyze the details. You can open it at the bottom of the activation dialog.

not the exception stopping the activation process. the activation process is stopping the exception. to stop it you must click CANCEL before the activation process is FINISH. thats the way my clients used to bypassed my firewall. you can try it so you will know how it works. first create a profile without exception like (profile 1) and make a 2nd profile with exceptions (profile 2) to do the trick you must activate the profile 1 without interupting it and let the activation process finish, 2nd this is the tricky part to bypass the exceptions of profile 2. you must activate the profile 2 and cancel it within a second while it cancelled the adapter still working and you will be connected without exceptions.
so my problem is, i have 2 isp (isp 1 is for browsing and i deactivated the firewall using the exceptions of nsm, isp 2 is for gaming and i activated the firewall using exceptions and to block some applications to the internet so it wont connect and if you bypass it using the tricks above. profile 2 will look the same with profile 1 without exceptions).

Re: About activation process
By mentioning "exception" we assumed that an exception error occurred (e.g. access violation), not an error with the firewall exceptions setting. The term is a little bit misleading in this constellation.
So now we understand that you actively press the "Cancel" button and in result only a part of the profile is activated. But what's the expectation here? The settings in a profile are applied one by one. So when the user cancels the activation process then a part of the settings will be complete, while the rest won't be applied anymore. It's not possible to apply all the settings at the same time. What you wish for is that all settings are reverted to their prior state if a profile activation is cancelled before its completion. This is quite a complex behavior that we can add for consideration, but not for a quick implementation. An alternative would be to disallow cancelling profile activations, which however needs to be added in an optional non-breaking way, so other users keep the same behavior they're already used to.
We would like to point out that according to your screenshots you are using the Non-Commercial Freeware version, but are talking about your "client" who you prepare these profiles for. Are you aware that you require a NetSetMan Pro license for that?

Could you please reply to that?

Re: About activation process
Just for the record: Based on the previous communication and your refusal of an answer, we assume that you are very well aware of the fact that you’re breaking the license agreement. It is this kind of situation, that forces us to implement further limitations and technical protection methods into the software.
To make this very clear: The Non-Commercial Freeware version may only be used for non-commercial (i.e. private) purposes. Using it differently is not only unfair but strictly illegal. Requesting support for an illegal use is additionally immoral.
We’ve summed up this topic here:
