Hosted Networks on Windows 10
Hi,
I was searching how to turn the laptop into a personal hotspot and found a nice article that showed how to setup and use the Hosted Network feature in few steps (actually 4 steps).
Now I was wondering if NSM will be ever able to handle and configure such feature on a "per location" basis.
Thanks.

Re: Hosted Networks on Windows 10
This request is new to us and we haven't yet analyzed this feature. We'll have to consider and discuss it internally.
Could you please share your experience on this topic? How do you use it, what settings do you want to be changed there regularly?
In our understanding, once you've created the hotspot on your system, you can enable and disable it as needed, without having to recreate it every time. You can probably even enable/disable it with NetSetMan as it should show up as a new network adapter in the list (you maybe have to add it in the Network Adapter Management).

Re: Hosted Networks on Windows 10
You're correct,
there is no much that NSM can do once you set hosted network correctly, but it could help.
I found the commands to define, start, check connection and stop. NSM could be useful when you have to check the active connection and set the sharing option to "bridge" it to the newly defined hosted network adapter.
So, NSM could just have a "Hotspot" settings on the profile tab like IPv6, Printers, etc and let user to check (enable) and set properties like SSIID and SharedKEY.
Maybe a fast acces icon on the systray to enable/disable HS would be great...
Thanks.
