Re: profile switching from Windows logo screen does not show tick box
Unfortunately the Logon menu doesn't show any icons in version 4.0.4 (including the check mark). We fixed this bug already, so your problem will be solved with the next release.

Re: profile switching from Windows logo screen does not show tick box
Another small issue I've identified on Windows login screen is that when profile switch enabled, the default input focus is not in password anymore.
Before NetSetMan Windows Logon profile enabled, when Windows is locked, I can just hit ctrl+alt button and then type my password directly since Windows helped select the default login user. But now I have to manually select the user before type in the password

Re: profile switching from Windows logo screen does not show tick box
This is strange. We've developed the Logon feature specifically not to take the focus by default. After receiving your message we've tested it on 3 different systems (Windows 10, 8 and 7) and couldn't find a problem with it. After pressing any key on the keyboard the password field showed up.
We're wondering why you need to press "ctrl+alt" for that. You can press any button (e.g. space bar) to start the password process. What kind of logon screen are you using? Could you please send us screenshots of it? If you don't want to post it publicly, you can still use the Upload feature when writing your reply but simply don't add it to your text. Then we'll be able to take the screenshot from your profile.

Re: profile switching from Windows logo screen does not show tick box
I'm just using "ctrl+alt" as a habit. Yes, any key can bring me to the password window.
BTW, this issue only happening when lock and unlock the screen, system boot up screen is fine
As you can see from my screenshot, especially from the second one while i'm pressing alt+tab, the first app shown is NetSetMan, not Windows login screen

Re: profile switching from Windows logo screen does not show tick box
After lots of testing today we were able to reproduce this problem. Apparently it only occurs on the lock screen of Windows 10. It didn't occur in our tests on the logon screen (after booting or after logging off the current user) nor did it occur on other Windows versions like 7 or 8.1.
We'll investigate and try to find a solution for this.
Thanks.

Re: profile switching from Windows logo screen does not show tick box
We didn't see any logical reason for this behavior, so we couldn't implement a proper solution, yet. So unfortunately we had to put this aside for the moment.
As soon as the NSM icon is shown, it automatically releases its focus. After that the logon screen seems to perform some additional actions losing its own focus at some point as well. This doesn't happen on the logon screen, but only on the lock screen. And it only happens for Windows 10 but not 8 or 7.
We'll need to invest much more time in this to find some clean solution. At the moment some other topics need to be finalized more urgently, we're afraid, so we'll get to this at a later point. Until then the only workaround would be to press ALT+TAB before pressing any other key to activate the password field.

We've implemented a workaround for this problem.
Would you like to try it before we include it in the next release?
