Errror 1219
Since I didn't find any detailed explanations of error numbers on your site, I turn to the forums.
My configuration of NetDrives was working before, but alll of a suddden it shows the following error:
[0:07] WiFi: Finish
[0:07] Net Drive: Start
[0:07] Connect T: Data (\\MYOTHERPC)
[0:23] Connect T: Error 1219
Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again
[0:23] Connect R: MOAR-DATA (\\MYOTHERPC)
[0:23] Connect R: Error 1219
Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again
[0:23] Wait...
[0:25] Net Drive: Finish
Both T & R are using the “Connect using a different user name”, and both are using the same administrator username of MYOTHERPC
Since it worked before with both drives mappped just as above (with the very same configuration, same drive letters, and same administrator username), I don't quite understand the error here.
How do I solve this?
(please reply as if I know absolutely zero about computers... even if that isn't true ^_^)
Thank you.

Re: Errror 1219
The error codes are returned by Windows. We’re not allowed to simply copy all error codes and texts to our website.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library … p/ms681383
Additionally for details regarding this error codes please first try a web search as those errors might have been experienced in other contexts already.
According to the linked page above error 1219 means:
“Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again.”
The connections might have been established either shortly after each other or with a long period before. You can see all current connections with the
net use
command. Make sure to try it both in a restricted and in an elevated command line dialog (i.e. with and without administrator privileges). All connections listed there will e.g. be removed after a reboot or a manual disconnect.

Re: Errror 1219
I searched for the error in the NSM forums. I dont know why it didn't occur to me to search for the error code in google as is.
So do I understand correctly that it's ok to map more than one drive (in my case T:\ & R:\ )?
The issue is just that I try hit the "Activate" button too fast after I've hit it before?
And if I manually hit the disconnect from the network and then hit the "Activate" it should solve the issue?
Thank you for you help.
P.S.
I wasn't aware that you
re not allowed to copy paste the error codes. Now it makes much more sense why I didn't just find them throigh the forums pr the FAQ. Thanks for that info

Re: Errror 1219
Those are all theoretical assumptions. Why not simply give it a try? Now that you know the background requirements/limitations of Windows it should be not a big problem to do some detailed experiments.

Re: Errror 1219
I don't see what makes you think I didn't try this all even before posting the first post about it. None of those things worked. That's why I insisted on making sure I understand the replies I got from you.. because I was sure I'm missing something in your replies as they didn't seem to work when I tried them.
Anyway I found a solution over the internet after spending a lot more time on this (it really bugged me).
So for anyone experiencing this, here's the solution\workaround:
Mapping the drive letter using \\ipaddress\share rather than \\servername\share worked around the problem.

Re: Errror 1219
Also,
net use
resulted in the following, every single time:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>net use
New connections will not be remembered.
There are no entries in the list.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>
Which seemed very strange to me.
