Looking for WIFI smart switching

I am looking into this product.  I want a program that will auto connect my windows 8 tablet to the wireless network with the strongest signal while at school and home.  Does this program have such a feature.  Where I don't have to click anything, but say I am at school, and move out of the Student Lounge and over to the Cafeteria.  With windows network manager, it will not reconnect me to the new location with the highest connection speed until I am fully out of signal of the currently connected network.  Does this program allow a setting such as if I move to a location with a stronger signal, it will auto connect me to the Stronger Access Point?
