General question for changing workgroup and domain
Hallo people!
I read in the helpfile, that if I am changing the workgroup or domain to once other, that NSM Pro tells me to make a reboot. But NSM Pro doesn't show it, if I change from domain to workgroup.
We have the NSM Pro version 2.2.0 from 21st of December 2005.

P.S.: It's enough stuff for writing tonight!

Re: General question for changing workgroup and domain
NetSetMan receives a status from Windows when a setting is changed. This status might contain a message to reboot. If Windows doesn't tell that, NetSetMan doesn't do it.
BUT: Not everything Windows tells must be correct. ;-)
So please find out for yourself if a reboot is necessary. (Please tell me your experience about that.)
Btw: Which part of the help file are you pointing at?

Hi!
I mean the point with the messages on setting out the changes to the system.
Ok, we would look up and post our experiences the next time.
