Multiple NICs
I have 3 NICs in my computer. One of them is for my local network and two of them have internet access (DSL1 and DSL2).
I want to be connected to all 3 networks at the same time but have internet access through only one. And then in NSM i want to set two profiles. First profile enables internet through DSL1 network and profile 2 enables internet through DSL2 network.
Problem is in setting gateways and DNS for networks DSL1 and DSL2.
If I set gateway and DNS for DSL1 (internet connection) then i shouldn't set it for DSL2 cause it would be a conflict. But NSM cannot set NIC without gateway, a somehow it set DNS for network where i remove DNS setting.
The settings i think it should be applied is:
Profile 1 - internet through DSL1 network
NIC1-DSL1
IP: 192.168.1.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.1.1
DNS: 192.168.1.1
NIC2-DSL2
IP: 192.168.2.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: -
DNS: -
NIC3 - Local network
IP:10.150.2.100
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: - (configured by a static route)
DNS: -
Profile 2 - internet through DSL2 network
NIC1-DSL1
IP: 192.168.1.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: -
DNS: -
NIC2-DSL2
IP: 192.168.2.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.2.1
DNS: 192.168.2.1
NIC3 - Local network
IP:10.150.2.100
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: - (configured by a static route)
DNS: -
Am i right or I'm wrong. How to configure this.
I try to applie this settings but NSM cannot configure NIC without gateway and DNS. I try to set LocalIP for gateway and that works but NSM still set DNS although i didnt check DNS settings.

Re: Multiple NICs
The description is not fully clear to me. Could you please post or send me some screenshots showing your configuration and the result? The best way would be to record the whole process with a screen recorder (Wink is a freeware that can do that).
If it's really a program problem, you might want to try the new "Alternative IP-method" that can be activated in the preferences. It works in a completely different way than the default one.
