License confusion

I checked the NSM Pro page, the FAQ, and looked around the forum, but I think this needs clarification...

Are the licenses "per user" or "per computer"?  (Per user being where a named individual can install the Pro version on every computer he/she uses.  It may actually make sense for home/freelance people with a few laptops who travel and may need to take any of them for work.)

At the top of the NSM Pro page, the "license agreement" links to /txt/license-free-en.txt on the web site, so even that does not explain the conditions of the Pro licenses.

(Great program, though!)

There are two different license agreements.

One is for the Non-Commercial Freeware version:
http://www.netsetman.com/txt/license-free-en.txt

And one is for the Pro version:
http://www.netsetman.com/txt/license-pro-en.txt

To check the scope of a Pro license please have a look at the latter one section 3.
