NSM 3.2.5
I have installed the new version and activated the Beta activation. On attempting to change between wifi routers the result was a BSD. I will unmark the Beta activation and try again.
I am using XP SP2.

Re: NSM 3.2.5
Can you definitely nail it down to the Beta feature? Did you change any other settings in the same profile as well or only the IP?
Is it reproducible? I know it might be annoying to provoke a blue screen but it would help to know if it happens all the time. Please uncheck any other settings in the profile and only check and set the IP settings. Then activate the profile.

Re: NSM 3.2.5
When it occurred the changes were to the Beta feature, although sometimes the IP was set on automatic and other times was manual.
I only had the blue screen when the Beta was marked. I have just tried again as you suggested. No BSD but it did not connect on the second router either.
I will make further tests over the next couple of days.

Re: NSM 3.2.5
Revisiting the issue, I needed to change DNS addresses this morning. I used NSM and had the blue screen again - repeated 20 minutes later. I have unticked the beta feature and so far it has operated correctly.

Re: NSM 3.2.5
1. What does the bluee screen say? There's always some information about the reason included (e.g. some file)
To get some information about the latest bluescreens you can use a tool like BlueScreenView (http://majorgeeks.com/BlueScreenView_d6200.html)
2. Is your OS 32 or 64 bit?
3. Does the blue screen always occur when switching an IP with the Beta feature on or only sometimes?

Re: NSM 3.2.5
1. The minidump folder is currently empty. I have now installed BlueScreenView for future occurrences. As the BSD shows for only a few seconds, I do not know what it said.
2. I am using 32 bit XP SP3.
3. The BSD occurs sometimes, not always, when making a change using NSM, not necessarily a change of IP (for instance a change in DNS server). It only occurs when the beta feature is on.
I have just tried to provoke the error. No BSD. However, BSDs occur when Windows wants, not when the user wants! I will let you know when it happens again.
