there is any FCAPS?!
Is NetSetMan provide ISO Network Management Model (FCAPS)?
How it is provide security?

With NetSetMan you can strore frequently used network related settings into profiles and activate them as you need them.
This has little to do with FCAPS and is therefore not supported, I'm afraid.
