Can't enter WPA2-PSK key in NSM 3.0.1 (Vista32)

Hi everybody !

Just arrived in this forum and I would need some kind help on the following phenomenon:

In fact I cannot enter my WPA2-PSK key (which I'm already successfully using in my D-Link DWL-G700AP) in NetSetMan 3.0.1.

It is 26 ASCII-chars in length and really(!) only(!) contents valid(!) ASCII chars (I checked that several times now).

By some testing I found out the following:

I entered several test keys in NSM with the minimum required key length (8 chars) starting with

11111111
then
22222222
...
99999999
00000000

furthermore I tried letters

aaaaaaaa
bbbbbbbb
...
zzzzzzzz

During this testrow none of the number-keys (from 11111111  to 00000000) were accepted as a valid WPA(2)-PSK key.
Also the test keys from aaaaaaaa to ffffffff were also rejected.

And now the interesting part:

From the letter "g" onward, my 8-char test key was suddenly accepted as valid and also saved.
So the first key that worked in this testrow was gggggggg.
I verified this till zzzzzzzz, which all worked fine.

Some bug or feature ?

OK, I see the problem. If your ASCII key consists only of HEX-characters it is interpreted as an HEX key and therefore is required to be 64 characters long.
I'll fix that for the next version.
