Right click on Additional settings shows no menu
I'm running version 4.2.1 on Windows 10 64-bit and when I right click on any setting in the "Additional" section the popup menu isn't shown. Right clicking on "IP & Gateway", "DNS Server" or "WINS server" shows the expected popup menu. Also if I right click the "Additional" title the last popup menu that was shown appears, in other words if I first right click DNS and the "Additional" the DNS menu is shown. This only happens if I right click on the actual "Additional" text, everywhere else inside the panel I get no menu.
I don't know if this is relevant but I'm running Window at 200% scaling.

Re: Right click on Additional settings shows no menu
Is this a prolem you ran into in v4.2.1 version the first time?
Or didn't you use the right-click menu in the previous versions (so it's unclear whether this bug is new)?

Re: Right click on Additional settings shows no menu
I don't really know if it is a new bug or not. The last time I used the right click was a few versions ago.

Re: Right click on Additional settings shows no menu
We can confirm that a right-click on Additional caption shows the popupmenu for the last item that was right-clicked. While this isn't an actual problem, it isn't supposed to be like this of course. We're going to fix this for the next release.
However, we're unable to reproduce the other problem you've described. In all our tests on different Windows systems the popups for all items in the right column are shown correctly. Could you please provide details on your display settings? (resolution, dpi-scaling factor)
Also please try to right-click on different items of a setting to see if it makes any difference: checkbox, caption, combobox/details, button.
See if disabling the highlight freature results in a different behavior: "Preferences > General > [ ] Highlight settings on mouse-over"
