[v] Error while using command line

Hello,

I am using win2000pro. while using the command line to activate the profile i am getting program error  "netsetman.exe has generated error and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created."

What would be the possible reason for this ?

I have realtek 8139/810x family fast ethernet card NIC.

Any Ideas!!

It would really help to see the command you entered.
Please post the complete line.

the command in the command line such as
>netsetman -a 0
generates application crash message exactly as Ramnik Patel described. I tried few PCs with win Xp. Please advise.

I need the error log which is created. It might help finding the problem.

1. Please generate the error once again.
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Dr Watson
3. Open 'drwtsn32.log' in a text editor. This file might be very big. So it might take a while to open.
4. Scroll down to the very bottom.
5. The last error log in here should be concerning NetSetMan. Please search the beginning of the log. It probably starts with "Application exception occurred: ...". The end of the log is probably the end of the file.

Please copy ALL files found in '5.' to a txt-file and send it to me with an email.

I think I found the reason for this problem and solved it. Version 2.3.0 will come soon then we'll see if the problem's gone.
Please post a short note after the release if the problem does / doesn't exist.
