Installing on a second computer - license issue

Thank you for this tool I have been using everyday since 2009.

Now I have a second computer where I would like to install NetSetMan Pro. However, the registration form fails with the flashing that indicates a problem in the license information.

I have only bought 1 license. But according to the license text I was expecting to be able to install the tool in the second computer:

"The licensee may install the product on a reasonable amount of computer systems, provided that the licensee is - without any exception - the only person able to use the product."

Surely I am missing something, could you please clarify?

As a backup solution I see now NetSetMan Pro can be installed "portable", which could be OK for me since both computers are never running at the same time: I would just uninstall the tool from the computer, install it in an USB stick, then use it on any of the two computers. Would that be OK?

Your assumption is completely correct. It should work the way you expect it. I'm pretty sure that the license information simply wasn't entered 100% correctly. Make sure you use it exactly as provided in the license email.

Please include a screenshot of the license dialog where you've entered all your license information so I can verify if you did everything correctly.

My apologies!

I was entering the wrong license number, i.e. the one for NetsetMan Pro 2 instead of the updated license number for NetsetMan Pro 3.

Sorry for the delay and also for the mistake. The tool is working perfectly now in the second computer.
