Support for disabling/enabling local network shares?

Does NetSetMan support disabling/enabling local network shares?

I am looking for an application that can automatically enable my local network shares when on my home network, but disable them when on public networks. I was directed here, but cannot find such an option listed in the dialog image or features list.

I read that NetSetMan will enable/disable network drive maps, but this is not what I'm discussing. I am specifically referring to the named shares (Samba?) that are enabled via the Windows filesharing dialogs--shares on the local computer--not shares the computer tries to access.

I'm sorry if there was a more succinct way to explain that. Thank you for any help in advance.

Re: Support for disabling/enabling local network shares?

I'm afraid, this feature is not yet implemented.
An extended management for network shares (incl. enabling and disabling) has been in development quite a while ago and finished to about 80% but then put on hold due to other priorities. Now it's waiting to be completed - unfortunately still not with the highest priority as some other features will definitely be released before it.
A rough but realistic estimation for the release of this feature would be Q1 2014.

Thank you for your quick and helpful reply.

I'm sorry to hear that feature is not implemented, but I'm glad it is being developed, however slowly. Thank you for the estimate; I will try to check back then.
