Return to Default Wifi Settings After Disconnect?
Hi,
I think Netsetman is a great tool. It defies reason why Microsoft do not include such features in Windows 7.
I am using Netsetman at my home and at school. At home I use a static IP and at school I use the DHCP server to assign me an IP. For these purposes Netsetman works great.
However, if I leave home and go to the house of a friend then my wireless adapter settings remain on the static IP settings for my home. If I try to connect to a new wireless network then windows applies my settings from home. This means that if I leave my home with my laptop and try to connect to another wireless network then I have to change my settings or set up a new profile.
If I leave school (DHCP assigned) and change to another network then my settings remain on automatically assigned settings.
I would prefer it if my wireless adapter settings automatically return to DHCP assigned settings as default when I disconnect from my home network. Is there any settings in Netsetman to do this?
Regards,

Re: Return to Default Wifi Settings After Disconnect?
Thank you for describing your use case.
I think this feature is what's currently requested the most. Like in this thread yesterday. It will be possible in the near future. See my full response in the linked thread.
