Error message also: "EnumerateAdapers error: #70000001"

I saw the a post related with this error but I couldn't find the solution there.

I got this error at Tools->Windows Wifi Management

I use Windows XP 64-bit edition and native wifi API  of Windows (Wireless configuration) is enabled.

I'm sure too that this error is related to the native wifi API, maybe the permissions are the problem?

How can I resolve it?

How did you check this?

This error only occurs if the communication with the required API isn't possible at all. This can happen from a WiFi tool of the manufacurer of the wireless card/device. If such a tool is running, check it's configuration and try to shut it down.
Also the native WiFi service needs to be up and running.
