boot in Win7 64bits

Hello,
Excuse for my low level of English.

My problem is that the program does not boot with Windows Startup. Do not I get in the system tray.

I installed with administrator privileges:
Netsman 3.0.3
1.1.0 MSN Service

Netsman I configured with:
start with windows
start minimized in tray

I tried several configurations support:
compatible with XP SP2
running the program as administrator ...

My OS is Windows 7 64bits

They know what the problem might be?
Any solution?

thanks.

Are you actually aware of the software you are using? It's neither "Netsman" nor is it "MSN"... hmm

Concerning your problem:
Make sure the NSM Service properties are correcltly: Started, Automatically, Log-on as local account (not any other account!)

If you still can't get it to run, deactivate the autorun feature in the program and set up the task scheduler to run it for you without any UAC prompt. It's described in the FAQ: "Does NetSetMan work with a limited user account?"
