PIPE does not exist. (error 121)
I have just installed this and it worked fine first time round from the install. However having closed it and the running it again I get the following error messages:-
PIPE does not exist. (error 121)
and
NSM services is installed and running but an error occured while trying to start NetSetMan. (Error: )
I have rebooted the workstation to no avail.

The communication for this issue continued by email. So here's the important part from it:
Apparantly NSM Service currently does not work RDP environment (i.e. using a remote desktop system).
I'll try to find a solution for this which will take some time, though.
If you're not using RDP but still have this error, please perform the following stepts:
To find a possible reason please perform the following things one by one (do one and try if it helped, then continue with the next one).
- Go to the services dialog (or run "services.msc"), scroll down to NSM Service and check whether it's properties are correct (version 1.1.0 (not 1.0.0), Started, Automatic, Log On -> Local System Account)
- Restart the service and try to run NetSetMan again
- Deactivate any security related programs temporarily that might be able to block a communication between a program and a service.
- Reboot in Safe Mode and try then out the same.
