Double Click preference not working properly

NSM 3.0.3
WinXP Pro SP3

Under Preferences/Tray, I have "Double Click" set to "Open Last Used Mode".  However, I always use Full Mode, but when I double click the tray icon, it always opens in Compact Mode.

If I switch from Compact Mode to Full Mode and then close or minimize the window (to hide it to the tray), it again opens directly into Compact Mode.

Even if I set "Double Click" to "Open Full Mode", it opens in Compct Mode.

According to your other posting in the forum you're using the administration feature. If you activate this to prevent the user to change profile settings it's a required consequence that the Full Mode can't be opened from tray, thus the Compact Mode appears.

Then the GUI should reflect this.  Currently, it does not.

If you're in the Compact Mode and the main menu does not show Options, Tool and Help, it means that the user does not have the privilege to modify profile settings. This means Full Mode is not available to the user.
