Incorrect display russian font in installer.
Maybe wrong codepage, maybe wrong font in installer. All russian letter display as international codes.

Thank you for reporting this problem. I wasn't aware of the unicode changes in the new installer version.
I fixed it right now. Please redownload the current version. (The version number hasn't changed, because NetSetMan itself remains untouched.)
