No network adpaters found

I have a Dell latitude with a nic, wireless, bluetooth and EVDO wireless network adapters.

I tried the winsockfix and emptying the repository folder. No luck

When I hit the refresh button I get the following error "Provider load failure".

This is a great program and I'd really like to get it working on my new laptop.

I have exactly the same problem with DELL Latitude D830.
Precision : I've already tried the solutions given somewhere else in the forum ("Terminal Service" ON and "regsvr32 %windir%\system32\wbem\ntevt.dll").
So it's impossible to use.

The problem is already on dicussion here:

Please try the suggested points. A definite solution is in research. I don't have results for now...
