Incompatible Format:
"Incompatible Format:" Error pops up in dialog box and I am not able to use Netset Man. Has anyone seen this before?

Windows version (incl. x86/x64)
NetSetMan version
Step-by-step description to reproduce the problem.
Screenshots! In most cases a visualization of the problem can make a huge difference.
Use the "Uploads" link below to upload your images and click the icon to include in full size or thumbnail.
This error shouldn't be possible with a fresh installation as it results from an invalid settings file. What were your steps before this error came up?
