Re: removing/hiding network adapters from the list
What would be the purpose of this?
The network adapters list automatically contains all currently available options.
In the past we didn't have an automatically updated list but offered a way to manually organize the visible adapters. In result, we frequently received support requests where users couldn't find network adapters in that list because either they removed them a long time ago themselves or their company administrator removed them but they needed them.

Re: removing/hiding network adapters from the list
Thank you for your feedback
In our case, idea is to prevent our users from enabling a disabled network adapter - for example, we do not want them to enable 5G Adapter
Also, as you can see from the screenshot I shared, there are loopback adapters and in some cases, VMnet adapters - User either does not need these Or they should not be changing any configuration of these adapters
Under Tray info Settings, even if I uncheck "Disable adapters" option, adapters still shows up in the list (shown in screenshot) - is this setting not related to list
Possible to add restrictions in admin mode to prevent users to enable adapters ?
Currently, if I select any adapter from list, set the IP address and Hit Activate - it enables the adapter

Re: removing/hiding network adapters from the list
It took a while, but we are happy to confirm, that this feature will be available in the next release.
In the context menu of the adapter selection list, there will be a new dialog for hiding individual adapters or adapter types from this list.
In case you are distributing preconfigured settings files in your network, please note that while adapter types are a universal setting that is valid for all systems, individual adapters are identified by their ID and are therefore only valid on the system on which they have been individually removed from this list.
