Re: I keep getting this error, help.
We have searched for the error code "-2147024864" and it means "The process can not access the file because it is already being used by another process."
The JumpList is that Windows menu that some applications provide for their software (e.g. when you right-click on the running icon in the taskbar). We have used that in version 4.x, but have removed it in version 5.x because it isn't really useful.
In 5.x this menu is being removed at program start. This is where your error is occuring. But we don't know why. We haven't heard of that problem so far.
Do you have any idea what might prevent access to the official Windows API for JumpLists? Did you do any special modifications to your system or do you have some other software running that might occupy the JumpList interface?

Re: I keep getting this error, help.
I restarted the device (to get rid off all running apps) and now it works. Nothing was really running in the background other than stuff like Chrome and steam. I wonder what was causing the error, I guess I'll never know now that the problems for fixed.
