netsetman icon
Hello,
We have Pro version 4.7.2 licenses installed on Windows 10 64Bits SAC 1903.
I am having a problem with the netsetman icon that appears on the Windows authentication page.
The "Profile Switching on logon screen" option is activated but the icon does not necessarily appear.
When the computer starts up, the icon does not appear.
If the station restarts, the icon appears.
By modifying the recovery options of the NSM service, to restart the service automatically in the event of an error, I get a different report.
The icon is present at start-up and at restart.
Randomly but rarely is it not.
AND at logoff it is not at all.
Before modification on service, I noticed errors in Windows events:
Application Message: netsetman.exe - Application Error: The application failed to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.
Reinstalling the application does not change anything.
Do you have a solution?

Re: netsetman icon
This is odd. What we know is, that there might be problems with "Fast Startup" in Windows 10. With that option, Windows doesn't shut down fully (to start faster) which can cause problems with showing the Logon-Icon.
However, rebooting should work normally (this could explain your observations) and we are currently not aware of any problems after a normal start, reboot or logging-off.
You can read more about Fast Startup here:
https://www.howtogeek.com/349114/shutti … g-it-does/
What you can try to do is to disable Fast Startup for testing purposes (as described in the article).
Could you also please describe your recovery options modifications in detail?
