Unable to Import Profiles and Preferences

So I am running version 4.7.1 and exported my profiles and settings from a separate computer so I could import on my new machine. The only problem is that the new machine won't import the settings file. In fact, it won't even import an exported settings file from the new computer. Both computers are running version 4.7.1 and .ini file looks good. I couldn't find any answers online so I decided to post my question here. Does anyone have any light they could shed on this? Thanks in advance

Is there really no error message at all? What exactly happens after you've selected the file to be imported?

If it really doesn't work in your case for some reason, you can still manually replace the settings file with your backup file.
Simply completely close the application (also in the tray!), rename your backup file to settings.ini and copy it into the installation folder of NetSetMan. Replace the existing file. Run the application and the new settings file will be used.

Your fix worked. I manually replaced the settings file. I got a message, but it only said "Failed" on the pop up box, which doesn't help much. Thanks for your help!
